For many years I have been exploring a sustainable lifestyle and alternative health options. Doing things differently isn’t always easy but has made an enormously positive impact on my life. As I observe  the daily challenges living in the 21st century presents us with, I feel compelled to share what I know about maintaining resilience, self-care, compassion, emotional intelligence, and playing an active role in your health. My knowledge base consists of a combination of ancient and contemporary wisdoms and my approach is one of being attentive to current needs whilst preparing for future demands.

I hold a Yoga Diploma and teach Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness for health and wellbeing. I present Yoga in various settings and am always interested in having a conversation about how you can incorporate Yoga into your Workplace, School, Social group or personal life.
